Ingredients

½cupcilantroleaves and stems, packed

1garlic cloveminced

1tbspfresh lime juice

1tsphoney

½tspcumin

½cuplight olive oilor canola oil

1tspapple cider vinegar

salt & pepperto taste

Preparation

Add all ingredients except olive oil to a blender or small food processor. Pulse a few times to chop up the cilantro.

Turn blender onto low and slowly add in oil.

Once blended, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate up to 1 week.
