Ingredients

8eggs,large

2cupswhole milk,or evaporated milk

2tbspbrown sugar,packed

2tspvanilla extract

1tspcinnamon

½tspground nutmeg

1cupraisins

16ozcinnamon-raisin bread,cubed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray an 8×10-inch baking dish with vegetable oil spray.

In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and raisins.

Add in the bread and gently stir until custard is soaked in.

Pour mixture into baking dish.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
