Ingredients
1½cupsall-purpose flour
3tbspwhite sugar
½tspsalt
4tspbaking powder
1tbspground cinnamon
2eggs,beaten
1cupmilk
2tbspmaple syrup or homemade corn syrup
¼cupbutter,melted
1tbspvanilla extract
2cupspowdered sugar
2tspvanilla extract
1tbspmilk
Preparation
Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl.
Whisk together until light and airy.
In a second bowl, whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, melted butter and vanilla extract.
Add in the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
Heat a lightly buttered griddle over medium low heat.
Using a ¼ cup of ice cream scoop, cook pancakes for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
To Make Icing: Combine powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.
