Ingredients
2½lbsshrimplarge, cooked, grilled, cut in half
½cuplemon juice
3large tomatoesdiced
1large white oniondiced
½cupSunkist®or Crush® orange-flavor soda
6ozketchup
2cupsClamato® Originalor Picante flavor
salt and pepperto taste
6ozWorcestershire sauce
3ozhot pepper sauce
2avocadoscut into cubes
Preparation
Mix the shrimp with the lemon juice, tomatoes, onion, Sunkist®, ketchup, Clamato® Original, salt and pepper to taste, Worcestershire Sauce, and hot sauce in a bowl.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Add the avocado, serve, and enjoy!
