Ingredients
2lbsground beef
2yellow onions,chopped
1bell pepper,chopped
4clovesgarlic,chopped
3cupswater
29oztomato sauce
29ozdiced tomatoes
2tbspWorcestershire sauce
1tspdried oregano
1tspdried basil
1tspkosher salt
8ozelbow macaroni,uncooked
Preparation
Add the ground beef, onions, bell peppers and garlic to a large dutch oven on medium-high heat and cook, while breaking it apart, for about 5 to 7 minutes or until it is no longer pink.
Drain most of the fat then add in the remaining ingredients except the macaroni. Bring to a boil then reduce to low heat and simmer with a cover on for 15 minutes.
Add in the macaroni, mix well then cover and simmer for an additional 20 minutes, stirring occasionally before serving
