Ingredients
1cupswhole milk
1cupsbread crumbs
1large eggs
½yellow onion,minced
½tspkosher salt
¼tspthyme
½tspground black pepper,coarse
1½lbsground beef,85/15
¼cupketchup
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
1tspyellow mustard
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, whisk the milk and breadcrumbs together until the milk is absorbed.
Whisk in the eggs, onion, salt, thyme, and pepper.
Add in the beef, then mix with hands until combined.
Transfer the meatloaf to a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard, then spread them over the meatloaf.
Bake, uncovered, for 60 to 65 minutes on a baking sheet.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
