Ingredients
1⅓cupswhite sugar
½cupall purpose flour
1tbsporange zest,grated
1pinchground cinnamon
1pinchground nutmeg
3eggs
¼cupbutter,melted
1¼cupscranberries
1pie crust,(9-inch), unbaked
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour, orange zest, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat in the eggs. Stir in the melted butter.
Fold in cranberries, then pour the mixture into the crust.
Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until filling is set.
