Ingredients

3 cupsRoma tomatoesdiced

⅔cupwhite oniondiced, or red onion (about half of a medium white onion)

⅔cupfresh cilantrochopped , loosely packed

2jalapeño peppersstemmed, cored and finely diced

1limezested and juiced

1tspsea salt

¼tspground cumin(optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss until evenly combined.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
