Ingredients
2/3 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar, plus extra for coating
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp milk , or water
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups oatmeal
Preparation
Blend butter and sugar. In a separate bowl, blend cocoa, milk and vanilla.
Add the cocoa mixture to the butter mixture and blend thoroughly. Blend in the oatmeal with your hands.
Form into balls, 3/4 inch in diameter. Chill the mixture as necessary to make shaping easier.
Drop balls into a bowl of powdered sugar and roll to coat.
Place on a plate and refrigerate until firm, for about 1 hour.
