Ingredients

16.9ozZico Coconut Water1 bottle

1¼cupscoconut milklight canned, plus more for serving

2cupsrolled oats

¼tspfine sea salt

¼tspcoconut extractor vanilla extract

1½tbsphoneyor brown sugar/coconut sugar, optional, to taste

⅔cup toasted coconutflaked, unsweetened or sweetened

¾cup fresh blueberries

⅓cup almondschopped, optional

Preparation

Bring coconut water, coconut milk, oats and salt to a boil.

Reduce to low heat and let simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, then stir in coconut extract and honey.

Let cool for 2 minutes.

Pour into individual bowls, then add another 2 tablespoons of coconut milk to each bowl.

Top each serving with coconut flakes, blueberries and almonds, serve, and enjoy!
