Ingredients
6 large russet potatoes, scrubbed, peeled, and cut into pieces
4 tbsp. salted butter
1/4 cup half and half
1/4 cup milk
salt
pepper
Preparation
Boil the potatoes until tender and drain.
Place potatoes into a bowl and mash until smooth.
Stir in other ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
