32ozblack beans,not drained

1cupwater

2cupschicken broth

½cupdark brown sugar

¼cupketchup

3tbspbacon fat

2tbspred wine vinegar

2tbspcanned green chiles,minced

1tspLouisiana hot sauce

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a dutch oven and cook on a simmer for 1 hour or until thick and the beans are tender.
