Ingredients
4 slices loaf bread, or Texas toast
4 tbsp unsalted butter, (1 tbsp per slice), divided
4 tbsp mayonnaise, (2 tbsp per sandwich), divided
lettuce leaves, 1 to 2 or as desired
8 tomato slices
8 bacon slices, cooked
Preparation
Spread roughly a tablespoon or equal amounts of butter on each bread slice and lightly toast with the buttered side down.
Spread roughly 2 tablespoons or equal amounts of mayonnaise onto the sandwiches.
Split the lettuce, tomato, and bacon equally on both bread slices or as desired.
Complete each sandwich with the remaining bread slices and serve.
