2cupscherry tomatoes,halved

Preparation
Cook the onion and garlic in oil over medium heat for about 5 to 6 minutes until tender.
Add the chicken broth, basil, and a pinch of salt, then bring to a boil. Stir in the couscous, cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
Lift the lid, then stir in the tomatoes, lemon juice and feta cheese.
Garnish with fresh basil and parsley, serve, and enjoy!
