Ingredients
1cupbutter,melted
1⅓cupbrown sugar
2large eggs
1tspvanilla
2¼cupsflour
1½tspbaking powder
¼tspsalt
½cupcranberries,dried
½cupwhite chocolate chips
4ozcream cheese,softened
¼cupbutter,softened
1cuppowdered sugar
½cupcranberries,dried
½cupwhite chocolate chips,melted
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9×13 inch pan with Reynolds Non-Stick Foil and set aside.
Using a stand or hand mixer add the butter, brown sugar, and eggs.
In a medium sized bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in the cranberries and chocolate chips.
Spread in the bottom of the 9×13-inch pan.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to completely cool.
Beat the cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar together until smooth. Spread on top of cooled bars.
Sprinkle with cranberries and drizzle with melted chocolate. Enjoy!
