Ingredients

¼cupred wine vinegar

¾cupcanola oil,or vegetable

¼cupfresh cranberries

2tbsphoney

2tspdijon mustard

2tbspshallots,(from 1 shallot), chopped

¼tspsalt

¼tspfreshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and purée until completely smooth.

Refrigerate until ready to use.

Serve over salads, and enjoy!
