Ingredients

1orange

cranberries,1 bag

1bartlett pear,cored, cut into large chunks

½cuplight brown sugar,more or less to taste

pinchkosher salt

¼cuppecans,chopped, toasted

Preparation

Zest the orange, then peel and cut them roughly into wedges.

Add the orange wedges, zest, cranberries, pear, sugar, and and salt to a food processor, then pulse until coarsely chopped.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.

Stir in the pecans, serve, and enjoy!
