Ingredients

2tbspunsalted butter

2garlic cloves,minced

½tspkosher salt

¼tspground black pepper,coarse

1cupheavy cream

20ozfrozen pearl onions

20ozfrozen peas

Preparation

Fill a pot with water, then bring it to a boil on medium high.

Add in the pearl onions, then cook for 10 minutes.

Drain the water and the onions.

Add in the butter, garlic, salt and pepper, then allow to melt and become aromatic, for 1 minute, while stirring.

Add in the onions, peas and heavy cream, stirring to combine for 2 to 3 minutes until the cream starts to thicken and the peas are warmed through.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
