Ingredients
2lbspeas,frozen
1cupsharp cheddar cheese,shredded
½cupred onion,chopped
1cupmayonnaise
½tspkosher salt
¼tspblack pepper
1lbbacon,cooked, crisp, chopped
Preparation
Rinse the frozen peas in a colander and let drain for a few seconds while making the rest of the salad.
Into a large bowl, add the cheese, red onion, mayonnaise, kosher salt, black pepper, and bacon.
Top with the peas and stir together until fully combined.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
