Ingredients
1 ½ lb. round steak, up to 2 lb
1 onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup , undiluted, add 1 more can for more gravy
Preparation
Place steak in a crockpot and cover with onion.
Pour soup over meat and onion.
Cook on low setting for 8-10 hours. Serve.
