Ingredients

1lbItalian sausage

½small onion,diced

3ozfrozen spinach

28ozdiced tomatoes,canned, with juice

8ozcream cheese,cubed

1tspItalian seasoning

16oztortellini,frozen

3cupschicken broth

¼cuptomato paste

¼cupparmesan cheese,optional

Preparation

Brown the sausage and onion until no pink remains. Drain any fat from browning.

Place the sausage, onions, spinach, tomatoes, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, tortellini, chicken broth, and tomato paste in a 6-quart crockpot.

Cook for 2½ to 3½ hours on Low.

Once cooked through, stir until the sauce is smooth.

Top with parmesan cheese, serve, and enjoy!
