Ingredients
3ozfeta cheese
2½tbspred wine vinegar
1tbspwater
½tsporegano,dried
¼cupextra-virgin olive oil,(plus 1 tbsp)
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
In a food processor, pulse the crumbled feta with the red wine vinegar, water, oregano, and olive oil until the vinaigrette is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
