Ingredients
1lbmedium pasta shells
coarse salt and ground pepper
1cuplight mayonnaise
fresh lemon juice
6celery stalks
½red onion,medium
Preparation
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the celery stalks and leaves, onion, and cooled pasta, then season with salt and pepper.
Toss to combine.
Serve and enjoy!
