Ingredients

¼cupbutter

1medium onion,diced

1tspold bay seasoning

¼tspthyme

¼cupflour

1celery stalk,sliced

1carrot,sliced

1lbpotatoes,peeled, cubed

½cupcorn

5cupsbroth,seafood or chicken

½cupwhite wine

8ozwhite fish,like cod, salmon, tilapia or haddock, cut into chunks

8ozscallops

12ozshrimp,peeled, deveined

6.5ozchopped clams,canned, drained

2cupsheavy cream

1tbspparsley

Preparation

Cook the onion in the butter until tender.

Add the flour, Old Bay seasoning, and thyme, then cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the carrot, celery, potato, corn, broth, and wine, then bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat, then let simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in the fish, scallops, clams, shrimp, and cream.

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the fish is fully cooked and flaky and the potatoes are tender.

Stir in the parsley, then season with salt and pepper, to taste.
