2cansCampbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup

1cupwhite wine

¼cupolives,chopped

2tbspcapers

2clovegarlic

1canartichoke hearts

1cuptomatoes,sun-dried

8chicken breasts,skinless, boneless

½cupfresh basil leaves,chopped

Preparation

Stir the soup, wine, olives, capers, garlic, artichokes and tomatoes in a 3½-quart slow cooker. Add the chicken and turn to coat.

Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours or High for 4 to 5 hours or until the chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with the basil, if desired. Serve with the rice.
