Ingredients
6chicken breast,halves
3eggs,beaten
1½cupsflour
2cupspanko bread crumbs
1cupcornflake crumbs
½cupparmesan cheese
1½tspgarlic powder
2tbspparsley flakes
½tspsalt
½tsppepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Pound the chicken breasts to ½-inch thickness.
Beat the egg in a bowl, then set aside.
In a separate shallow dish, combine the flour, salt and pepper.
In a second dish, combine the panko bread crumbs, cornflake crumbs, parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder.
Dip the chicken in the flour first, then the egg, and finally in the crumb mix; pressing the crumbs to adhere.
Place the chicken on a pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Spray the top of the chicken with cooking spray.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 to 35 min or until the juices run clear.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
