Ingredients

2largeeggs

½cupItalian seasoned breadcrumbs

½cupgrated parmesan cheese

1pkgcheese ravioli,(14 oz)

marinara sauce,for serving

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray and set aside.  In a small bowl add eggs and whisk.  In another small bowl combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.

Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumb mixture.   Continue with each ravioli and line on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until ravioli is lightly browned and crispy.  Serve with marinara.
