Ingredients

1cabbage head,dark loose leaves removed

Kosher salt and black pepper,to taste

2tbspcanola oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Slice the cabbage into ½-inch thick steaks

Brush with oil on both sides, then place them onto a cookie sheet.

Season to with 1 teaspoon of Kosher salt and ½ teaspoon of black pepper, or to taste.

Roast for 17 to 20 minutes or until caramelized.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
