Ingredients
5cupschopped cooked chicken
1onion,diced
2canscream of chicken soup,(21 oz)
6cupslow sodium chicken broth
½tspblack pepper
½tspdried thyme leaves
2cupsfrozen mixed vegetables
24ozfrozen egg noodles,such as Reames
2tbspfresh parsley
Preparation
Place onion and chicken in a slow cooker. Top with broth, cream of chicken soup, and seasonings.
Cook for about 3 hours on high or until onions are tender.
Add mixed vegetables and frozen noodles.
Cook for about 60 to 90 minutes or until noodles are cooked through, stirring after 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
Stir in parsley and serve.
