Ingredients

1 pint your favorite ice cream

1 box instant chocolate pudding mix

3 cups milk

1 ½ cups chocolate, crushed

1 ½ cups sugar

1 ½ cups flour

¾ cup cocoa powder

1 ½ tsp baking soda

1 ½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

2 eggs

½ cup vegetable oil

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup water, boiling

Preparation

First, grease your crockpot; in a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients— the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients— the eggs, 1 cup of milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

Add in the boiling water to the wet mix then combine it with the dry mix.

Combine the chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of milk and pour it over the cake batter.

Sprinkle your crushed chocolates on top of the mixture and cook it on Low for 2 ½ to 3 hours.

Let cake rest for 5 to 10 minutes to cool slightly before serving.

Once it has cooled slightly, serve it with a scoop of your favorite ice cream and enjoy the creamy chocolate goodness.
