Ingredients
2.5 lb flank steak
2 tbsp olive oil, or sesame oil
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1/4 tsp chili flakes
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
Preparation
Cut the steak into strips.
Combine all ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir until steak is thoroughly coated.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours and serve.
