Ingredients
8bacon slices
10ozfrozen green peas,(1 package), thawed, drained
½cupcelery,chopped
½cupgreen onions,chopped
⅔cupsour cream
1cupcashews,chopped
salt and pepper,to taste
Preparation
Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly browned.
Drain the bacon, crumble them, and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the peas, celery, scallions, and sour cream. Toss gently to mix.
Stir in the cashews and bacon into the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve, and enjoy!
