Ingredients

4cupsenglish cucumberscut in half lengthwise and sliced

4vine tomatoeschopped

½red onionthinly sliced

¼cupfresh dillchopped

⅓cupextra virgin olive oil

2tbspred wine vinegar

2tspkosher salt

½tspblack peppercoarse ground

Preparation

Add the vegetables to a large bowl, then whisk together the dill, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and pour it over the vegetables tossing them carefully together.
