1/4cupaquafabacanned chickpea liquid

2tbspsugar

2tspmatcha powder

4ozvodka

1 1/2ozcoffee liqueursuch as Kahlúa

2ozheavy cream

Preparation

Make the dalgona matcha: In a medium bowl, whip the aquafaba with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until foamy and stiff peaks form, 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the sugar and whip for another 30 seconds. Add the matcha and whip for another 30 seconds, until well incorporated. Set aside.

Make the white Russian: In a cocktail shaker or medium bowl, stir together the vodka, coffee liqueur, and cream.

Fill 2 rocks glasses with ice. Divide the white Russian evenly between the glasses, then top with the dalgona matcha.
