2cupsbittersweet chocolate

6tbspcoconut oil

1pintDark Chocolate Ice Cream

Preparation

Shape dark chocolate ice cream into disks.

Combine bittersweet chocolate with coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second increments until all melted and stir to combine. Let sit for a few minutes to cool slightly.

Using a wooden skewer pick up the ice cream patty, then quickly dip it into the ice cream until coated. Let excess chocolate drip off for just a couple of seconds.

Working quickly, let the patty off the skewer and onto parchment paper. Sprinkle on Oreo crumbs, if desired.

Repeat with remaining ice cream disk, then keep in the freezer until completely frozen again.

Serve frozen, and enjoy!
