Ingredients
3cupskale leavesfinely-chopped
2cupsbroccoli floretsfinely-chopped
2cupsred cabbagefinely-chopped
1cupcarrotsshredded
1cupfresh cilantro leavesroughly-chopped
½cupslivered almondstoasted
⅓cupgreen onionsthinly-sliced
1pcavocadopeeled, pitted and diced
1largecarrotpeeled and roughly-chopped
¼cuprice wine vinegar
2tbspavocado oil
1tbspfresh gingerfinely-chopped
1tbsphoney
1tbspwhite miso
½tsptoasted sesame oil
Kosher saltto taste
black pepperto taste
Preparation
Add all ingredients together in a large bowl, and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, and pulse until completely smooth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, and/or add extra honey for a sweeter dressing.
Serve immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
