Ingredients

2cupchickpeas,canned, drained

½cupdill pickles,chopped, plus more for garnish

½cuptahini

¼cupextra virgin olive oil,plus more for serving

¼cuppickle juice,from the jar

2garlic cloves

kosher salt

freshly ground black pepper

pinchcrushed red pepper flakes

1tbspdill,chopped, for garnish

pita chips,for serving

vegetables,sliced, for serving

Preparation

Place the chickpeas, dill pickles, tahini, oil, brine, and garlic into a food processor

Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, then blend until smooth

Pour into a bowl, then drizzle with olive oil. Top with chopped pickles and dill.

Serve with pita chips and sliced veggies, and enjoy!
