Ingredients
ice
1 fl oz mezcal
3⁄4 fl oz aperol, (bitter orange Italian aperitif)
½ fl oz maraschino liqueur
3⁄4 fl oz fresh lime juice
1 grapefruit twist, preferably spiral-cut, for garnish
Preparation
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well.
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
Serve.
