Ingredients

3cupsall-purpose flour

2¼tspactive dry yeast

2tbspcanola oil

½tspsalt

1tbspwhite sugar

1cupwarm water110 degrees F

2tbspunsalted buttermelted

½cupsugar

2tspcinnamon

4cupspowdered sugar

3tbspmilk

2tspvanilla

Preparation

Add the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl.

Add in the canola oil and warm water.

Roll the dough out into a 13 x 6-inch dough rectangle.

Add to baking sheet that has been lined with foil or sprayed with oil.

Brush with melted butter.

Add the cinnamon to the sugar, then mix.

Sprinkle half the mixture over the dough.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned.

Sprinkle over the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.

Cut into 1-inch strips.

Add the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together in a small bowl, then mix.

Microwave for five seconds to warm.

Serve dipping sauce with the sticks, and enjoy!
