Ingredients
1lbbroccoli rabe,trimmed
5tbspextra-virgin olive oil
1garlic clove,minced
1tbspparmesan cheese,grated
Preparation
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cut an ‘X’ on the bottom of the stems of the broccoli rabe and place in the boiling water.
Cook for about 5 minutes until tender but still firm. Drain.
In a large heavy skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and saute the garlic for 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in the broccoli rabe and saute for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the desired doneness is achieved.
Dust with parmesan cheese, then serve and enjoy!
