Ingredients
8ozJiffy Corn Muffin mix
15ozwhole kernel corn,drained
15ozcreamed corn,not drained
1cupsour cream
½cupbutter,melted
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Butter or spray an 8 by8 inch baking pan.
Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
Add to the baking pan and bake for 45 tp 55 minutes.
The top should be puffy and slightly browned.
