Ingredients

1½cupsall-purpose flour

¾cuplight brown sugar

cupgranulated sugar

¼tspsalt

¼tspcinnamon

1½stickunsalted butter,chilled

Preparation

In a bowl, mix flour, light-brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon.

Work in butter pieces using hands, until large clumps form.

Divide mixture in half; freeze in plastic storage bags.
