Ingredients

2cupsflour

⅛tspsalt,or to taste

2eggs

⅓cupmilk

1tbspbutter,softened

¼cupflour,for dusting

Preparation

In a large bowl, stir the flour together with the salt. Set aside.

Whisk together the eggs in a small bowl.

Add the eggs, milk, and butter to the flour mixture.

Stir with a fork at first, then mix well with hands.

Knead the dough on a floured surface, adding more flour a little bit at a time to prevent from sticking.

Continue kneading for about 5 minutes or until smooth.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap, then let rest for 20 minutes.

On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough to ¼ or ⅛-inch thickness.

Cut the dough into strips, then dust them with flour.

Add noodles to a large pot of boiling, salted water, then cook for 3 minutes.

Serve with butter or desired pasta sauce, and enjoy!
