Ingredients
¼cupcreamy peanut butter,not natural or homemade
¼cuppowdered sugar
1tbspegg,whisked
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, using a fork, stir together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and egg, until well blended and the batter begins to dry slightly.*
Shape into a ball, then transfer to a Silpat or parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Using the palm of a hand, flatten the ball slightly, then using the fork, gently press downward to make criss-cross patterns over entire cookie; it should be about 3½ inches across.
Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool slightly, then enjoy!
