Ingredients

15.5ozchickpeas,(1 can), drained

½cupfeta cheese,crumbled

⅓cuptahini

¼cupfresh Italian flat-leaf parsley leaves

2tbsplemon juice,fresh

1garlic clove,peeled

⅛tspground cinnamon

Preparation

Combine the chickpeas, feta cheese, tahini, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, and cinnamon in a food processor or blender.

Puree until smooth.

Serve with pita chips, and enjoy!
