Ingredients

⅓cupoil,such as olive oil or vegetable oil

¼cupcider vinegar,or red wine vinegar

3tbspWorcestershire sauce

2tbspDijon mustard

2tbsplemon juice

2tbspItalian seasoning

1tbspsalt

1tbsppepper

1tbspsugar

1tspgarlic powder

4chicken breasts,boneless skinless

Preparation

Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl or freezer bag. Add chicken and toss well to combine.

Marinade for 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) before cooking chicken.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Place chicken on the grill for 7 to 8 minutes. Flip over and cook for an additional 7 to 8 minutes or until no pink remains and chicken reaches 165 degrees F.

Rest for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing.
