Ingredients
½cupbutter
1cupbrown sugar
½cuppineapple juice
½tspcinnamon
nutmeg,a pinch
cloves,a pinch
Preparation
Add the butter, brown sugar, pineapple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to a pan.
Place the pan over medium heat.
Bring the pot to a simmer, then cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until the glaze is syrupy.
Pour half the glaze over the ham.
Cover the ham with foil, then bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes per pound.
