Ingredients

1tspcanola oil

½tspwhole cumin seeds

1cupplain yogurt

½cupcucumber,minced finely

½tspkosher salt

1tbspgreen onions,chopped, whites only

½tspground coriander

½tspground cumin

Preparation

In a skillet, add the canola oil, then heat on high heat.

Add in the cumin seeds, then cook for 15 to 20 seconds.

In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt, cucumber, salt, green onions, coriander, cumin, and cumin seeds until combined.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Serve with chips, and enjoy!
