Ingredients

3 lb stew meat

1 large onion

1 cabbage, head, green

2 pkg onion soup mix

5 potatoes, cut up in cubes

1 bag baby carrots, large bag

3 celery stalks, cut up

1 tsp rosemary

1 tsp basil

1 tsp parsley 

2 envelope brown gravy mix

Preparation

Put all ingredients in crock pot, add enough water to fill 3/4 of pot.

Cook on high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally to mix vegetables.

About 1 hour before serving, add brown gravy mix and stir well.
