Ingredients

1mango,peeled, seeded, chopped

½red bell pepper,minced

1jalapeno pepper,seeded, minced, or to taste

¼cupgreen onion,chopped

1lime,zested and juiced

1tbspvinegar

1tbspolive oil

salt and ground black pepper,to taste

Preparation

Stir the mango, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, green onion, lime zest, lime juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with tortilla chips, and enjoy!
